Dear Visitor,<br /> As mayor of Zaragoza, it is very gratifying for me to welcome you to this city, which will become host of the 17th EURHODIP CONFERENCE 2010 from July 10 to July 14. This meeting will bring together professionals from Hospitality Schools from all over Spain and Europe, in order to discuss those subjects that are of current interest to this important industry.<br /> Zaragoza has been showing its capacity for hosting this type of event for many years now: its excellent location, the high quality of its congress infrastructure, its rich cultural heritage. Even the very urban design of the city, manageable and well prepared for visiting on foot, in addition to the friendliness of its people have all become factors which have made being a Congress City one of our most distinctive features in recent years.<br /> At the same time we should not forget our diverse and recently enhanced hospitality provision, nor our rich gastronomy, that includes a wide range of excellent products, combining innovation and traditions, and in which our “tapas” stand out as true gastronomic delights.<br /> Therefore, I truly hope that this Conference organized by Zaragoza Hotel Management School will meet its objectives and will allow for an exchange of opinions, ideas and experiences in this sector which will contribute to the hospitality services in our city.<br /> Finally, I wish that during your stay in our city, besides accepting all kinds of professional benefits, you will take some time to get to know Zaragoza, and that your stay with us will be so enjoyable that it will make you want to come back.<br /> Again I welcome you to our city, with kind regards,
