A joint initiative by Grupo Lezama (known for the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla and prestigious fine dining restaurants) and the Fundación Universidad San Jorge, ZHMS offers management level education for the hospitality industry with an international perspective, multidisciplinary methods and a practical approach. The school offers a 4-year course in Hospitality Management, postgraduate programs, and the European Bachelor of Hospitality Management, with 1 year of study in France (École de Savignac), 1 year in Spain and 1 year in the UK (University of Brighton).
